Peshawari Chutney: English – Urdu Recipe
Peshawari Chutney
Ingredients:
- Green chillies – 2
- Onion – 1
- Garlic cloves – 3
- Mint leaves – 10
- Tomato – 1
- Tamarind pulp – 2 tbsp
- Salt – to taste
- Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
- Water – as required
- Fresh coriander – 4 tbsp
Method:
- Mix all above ingredients and chop coarsely in hand mixer, don’t make a too thin paste.
- Yummy Peshawari Chutney is ready, serve with any kind of snack or BBQ dishes.
