Peshawari Chutney

Ingredients:

  1. Green chillies – 2
  2. Onion – 1
  3. Garlic cloves – 3
  4. Mint leaves – 10
  5. Tomato – 1
  6. Tamarind pulp – 2 tbsp
  7. Salt – to taste
  8. Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
  9. Water – as required
  10. Fresh coriander – 4 tbsp

Method:

  • Mix all above ingredients and chop coarsely in hand mixer, don’t make a too thin paste.
  • Yummy Peshawari Chutney is ready, serve with any kind of snack or BBQ dishes.
