How to Make Beef or Mutton Tikka
Ingredients:
- Beef or mutton β 1 kg cut in cubes
- Ginger garlic paste β 1 tsp
- Papaya paste β 2 tbsp
- Salt β as taste
- Yogurt β 2 tbsp
- Chilli powder β 1tsp
- Red crushed chilli β 1 tsp
- Chopped green chillies β 1 tbsp
Method:
- Mix all spices, papaya paste and yogurt and marinade beef or mutton and leave for 5 to 6 hours. Leave it over night if possible for good result.
- Then BBQ or Grill and serve.

What if you cant add papaya
Totally up to you, with papaya meat will tender nicely.
