Chatpata Paratha Roll
Everybody likes paratha roll, my family likes to eat during travel. You have tried egg paratha with chicken but try this chatpata paratha roll, it will give you extra taste due to chicken.
- Flour β Β½ kg
- Salt β Β½ tsp
- Oil or ghee β 2 tbsp
Mix flour, salt, oil or ghee, make soft dough and leave for 15 to 20 minutes.
Ingredients for filling:
- Chicken – 400gm
- Yogurt – 1 cup
- Raw papaya – 1 tsp
- Chili garlic sauce – Β½ cup
- Salt – Β½ tsp
- Green chilies β 4
- Turmeric – Β½ tsp
- Garlic cloves – 4
- Roasted cumin seeds – 1 tsp
- Chat masala – 1 tsp
- Butter – 1 tbsp
- Lemon juice – 2 tbsp
- Onion and mint leaves – as required
Method:
- Blend together yogurt, green chilies, roasted cumin, salt, garlic cloves and turmeric powder.
- Then marinate chicken with raw papaya and blended yogurt mixture.
- Leave for 10 to 15 minutes. Heat up butter in pan, add marinated chicken, cover and cook till chicken is tender.
- Now fry well over high flame. Turn the flame off; add lemon juice and chat Masala.
- Now spread chili garlic sauce on a parathas.
- Top with chicken filling, spread onion rings and mint leaves. Fold and serve with chutney.
