How to Cook Handi Kebab

Ingredients:

  1. Mutton mince – 1 kg
  2. Gram flour – 2 tbsp (fry in 1 tbsp ghee)
  3. Red chili powder –  Β½ tbsp.
  4. Black pepper crushed – 1 tsp
  5. Dry milk powder – 2 tbsp
  6. Bread slices – 2
  7. Salt – to taste
  8. Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp
  9. Lemon – 2
  10. Tomato – Β½ kg chopped
  11. Green chilies – 3 thinly chopped
  12. Fresh coriander – 1 bunch chopped
  13. Onion – 1 ground
  14. Oil – 1 cup
  15. Egg – 1

Method:

Add mince, bread slice, gram flour, green chilies and salt in a chopper and grind well. Now mix 1 egg, dry milk powder and make seekh kebab shapes and deep fry on medium flame until golden brown. Then take another pan, add oil and fry onion paste until light pink. Then add chopped tomato, red chili, black pepper, ginger garlic paste, salt and green chilies, cook until water dries. Fry well and spread fried kebab, squeeze lemon juice and fresh coriander. Cook on dum for 10 minutes. Serve yummy handi kebabs with naan or parathay.
