This mouth-watering “Main Course” recipe for Chicken 65 can be prepared in 30 minutes.

Ingredients

  1. Crushed red chilli – 2 tbsp
  2. Whole coriander – 2 tbsp
  3. Whole black pepper – 2 tbsp
  4. Turmeric – 1 tsp
  5. Chicken – 1
  6. Ginger – 1 tbsp
  7. Garlic- 1 tbsp
  8. Yogurt – 1 cup
  9. Lemon juice – 1
  10. Curry leaves – 8-10
  11. Salt – 1 tsp
  12. Corn starch – 2 tbsp
  13. Oil – ½ cup

Method

  • Grind crushed red chili, whole coriander, whole black pepper and Turmeric.
  • Mix chicken, ginger, grinded spices, salt, corn starch in a bowl.
  • Then heat oil in a pan, stir fry the chicken for 5 minutes, then cook chicken on low flame until tender.
  • Add curry leaves and serve with steamed rice.
