This mouth-watering “Main Course” recipe for Chicken 65 can be prepared in 30 minutes.

Ingredients
- Crushed red chilli – 2 tbsp
- Whole coriander – 2 tbsp
- Whole black pepper – 2 tbsp
- Turmeric – 1 tsp
- Chicken – 1
- Ginger – 1 tbsp
- Garlic- 1 tbsp
- Yogurt – 1 cup
- Lemon juice – 1
- Curry leaves – 8-10
- Salt – 1 tsp
- Corn starch – 2 tbsp
- Oil – ½ cup
Method
- Grind crushed red chili, whole coriander, whole black pepper and Turmeric.
- Mix chicken, ginger, grinded spices, salt, corn starch in a bowl.
- Then heat oil in a pan, stir fry the chicken for 5 minutes, then cook chicken on low flame until tender.
- Add curry leaves and serve with steamed rice.
