Chicken Daal Kabab: English – Urdu Recipe
Chicken Daal Kabab
If you would like to learn how to make kabab with meat and lentils so try this Chicken Daal Kabab at home and enjoy.
Ingredients:
- Boneless chicken – ½ k
- Eggs – 2
- Thinly chopped onion – 2
- Boiled potato – 1
- Fresh coriander – ½ bunches
- Salt – to taste
- Thinly chopped green chillies – 6
- Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp
- Boiled chana dal – ½ cup
- Mace powder – ¼ tsp
- Red crushed chilli – 2 tbsp
- Mint – ½ bunches
- Ginger flakes – 1 tbsp
- Cumin seeds – 2 tsp
- Dry coriander – 2 tsp
- Fennel seeds – 2 tsp
- Garam masala powder – 1 tsp
Method:
- In a pan, add chicken, dry coriander, cumin seeds, fennel seeds, red crushed chilli, mace powder, ginger garlic paste and salt, cook until chicken is done and water dries.
- Then add boiled potato and boiled daal (lentil) and grind them well.
- Then add green chillies, mint, onion, fresh coriander, ginger and lightly beaten eggs, mix well.
- Give them round kebab shape and shallow fry from both sides until golden brown.
- Serve with any sauce (chutney).



The baked samasay is very delicious it is perfect for people that are on diet plan.
