Crunchy Pakoras

Ingredients:

  1. Gram flour – 1 cup
  2. Potato cut into pieces – 2
  3. Green chillies chopped – 2
  4. Noodles – 1 packet
  5. Pakora mix masala – 1 ½ cup
  6. Oil – for frying

Method:

  • Crush the noodles and dip in 1 cup water.
  • In other bowl mix together 1 cup gram flour, 2 chopped green chillies, 2 chopped potatoes, crushed noodles, water and pakoras mix masala.
  • Mix well and make pakoras in hot oil.
  • Serve hot with Chutney.

  1. What kind of noodles ? should I put in.

    Their are 3 kind.

    1) Vermicelli
    2) Angel Hair
    3) Regular (Thin, Thick)

    Can you clear that out for me. Where I live I get all 3 kind and I don’t want to put the wrong one.

    1. You can use whichever is available in your area, you know better then me coz you shared this recipe with us 🙂

    2. The state that I use to live in has only one kind of noodle (the thick one) in another state they have variety. I used to use the tick one the taste nice.
