Chinioti stuffed chicken
Ingredients for marination:
- Whole chicken β 1 Β½ kg
- Salt β 1 Β½ tsp
- Red chilli powder β 1 tbsp
- Lemon juice β ΒΌ cup
- Oil β ΒΌ cup
- Ginger garlic paste β 2 tsp
- Garam masala β 2 tsp
- Tomato β 1
- Fried brown onion β 2 tbsp
- Fresh coriander β ΒΌ cup
- Mint leaves β ΒΌ cup
- Green chillies β 6
- Yogurt β 1 cup
For stuffing:
- Boiled eggs β 2
- Plums β 6
- Onion β 1 chopped
- Fresh coriander β 2 tbsp
- Mint β 2 tbsp
- Green chillies β 5 chopped
Method:
Wash chicken, pat dry. Then give deep cuts and tie with the thread. First make a green sauce with mint, green coriander and mint leaves. Then mix green sauce in above ingredients (not oil), and nicely apply on the inside and outside of the chicken. Leave for 4 to 5 hours or overnight for better taste. Now fill marinated chicken with stuffing and tie with the thread. Now take wok, put ΒΌ cup of oil, heat it up, fry chicken until the colour changes a little bit, then pour all the remaining marination and cover. Cook on low heat until the chicken is done well, then fry well and serve with boil vegetables and fries.
