Easy and Laziz Seekh Kebab
Ingredients:
- Mince – ½ kg
- Solid ghee – 2 tbsp
- Onion paste – 3 tbsp
- Red chilli powder – 2 tsp
- Salt – 1 ½ tsp to taste
- Garam masala powder – 2 tsp
- Corn flour – 1 tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp
- Fresh coriander – 2 tbsp
- Charcoal – 1
Method:
- Add mince in chopper and chop two times, then take out in a bowl and add ghee, onion paste, salt, red chilli powder, garam masala, corn flour, fresh coriander and ginger garlic paste, mix with hands.
- Leave for 30 minutes, then make kebabs and skew on skewers.
- Grill, BBQ, bake or fry in frying pan on low heat until done.
- Then give smoke of charcoal.
- Serve with naan or parathas.
