Grilled Portugali Chicken

Ingredients:

Chicken with skin – 1 (cut in 2 parts and hammer)
Onion – 1 (cut in 4 parts)
Garlic – 4 cloves
Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
Whole red chilli – 25g
Lemon juice – ½ lemon
Lemon slice – ¼ piece
Salt – to taste


 

Method:

Take a pan, add 1 glass of water, onion, garlic, lemon juice, whole red chillies and lemon slice, cook on low heat until onion and whole red chillies are tender and sauce thickens. Let it cool down a bit, and then blend this paste. Then apply this paste on chicken inside and outside well. Leave for 30 to 40 minutes or overnight. Then cook in grilled pan on low heat. First cook from inside. Pour remaining marination paste and cook well from both sides. Enjoy this spicy and yummy chicken with your family and friends.
