Chicken Noodles Soup

Soup is a primarily liquid food, generally served warm, that is made by combining ingredients such as meat and vegetables with stock, juice, water, or another liquid. Chicken Noodle soup is the common name for a diverse collection of soups with varied ingredients, including (obviously) noodles.

Ingredients:

  1. Chicken pieces – 1 kg
  2. Carrots sliced – 2
  3. Celery – 2-3 springs
  4. Onion peeled whole – 1
  5. Garlic chopped – 5 cloves
  6. Parsley – Few leaves
  7. Water – 3 liters
  8. Chicken stock cubes – 2
  9. Salt – to taste
  10. Black pepper – to taste
  11. Thin noodles – boiled 4 oz
  12. Dill, chopped – 2 tbsp

Method:

Take a pan, add chicken, carrots, parsley, onion, garlic, celery and water and let it boil, using a slotted spoon skim off the excess foam that rises to the top. Then let it simmer on low heat. Add more water if it evaporates. When chicken is done remove from soup and de-bone and add back in. Discard bones; now add salt and black pepper. Pour soup in individual bowls add noodles and garnish with dill and serve hot.Chicken noddles soup is ready.
