Kebab Digi (Pan Kebab)
Frozen Chicken Seekh Kabab Recipe
Ingredients:
- Mince – ½ kg
- Green chilli – 5
- Fresh coriander – 2 tbsp
- Onion – 1 medium
- Red chilli powder – 2 tsp
- Oil – ¼ cup
- Salt – 1 ½ tsp
- Garam masala – 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
- Ginger garlic paste – 2 tsp
- Fried and ground cumin seeds – 1 tsp
- Eggs – 3
- Dry coriander seeds – 1 tsp fried and ground
- Mint leaves – 2 tbsp
- Oil – 1 tbsp
- Fried brown onion – 2 tbsp
- Bread slices – 2 (soaked in water for 5 minutes then squeeze and add in mince)
Easy Baked Seekh Kebabs in Urdu – English
Method:
- First grind mince in chopper, then put in a bowl and add thinly chopped onion, thinly chopped green chili, fresh coriander, salt, brown onion, red chili powder, 2 eggs, turmeric powder, dry ground coriander, ground cumin seeds, garam masala, bread slices, oil and ginger garlic paste, mix well.
- Now take a greased oven proof dish, put kebab mix and spread evenly, then pour 1 lightly beaten egg and 1 tbsp oil. Bake on 180 C, gas mark 4 for 15 to 20 minutes. Serve as it is or cut in slices.



Some times, it seems to be a laboratory ….. (very difficult)
