Kofta Karahi
Too Yummy Kofta Karahi with gravy, serve with tandoori naan, chapattis or with boiled rice.
Ingredients:
- Mince – 1/2 kg
- Onion – 1
- Ginger – 2 tsp
- Red Chili Powder – 1 1/2 tsp
- Crushed Coriander Seeds – 1 tsp
- Salt – to taste
- Garam Masala Powder – 1 tsp
- Green Chilies – 2 – 3
- Yogurt – 2 tbsp
Method:
- Put all ingredients along with mince in grinder, and let them grind, then make mince balls.
- Pour oil into a pan and fry mince balls and chopped green chilies.
- Fry mince balls only for a little while and then take them out.
- In the same oil, make gravy.
Method for gravy masala:-
Ingredients:
- Carom Seeds – 1 pinch
- Coriander Powder – 2 tbsp
- Cumin Seeds – 1 tsp
- Cloves – 3
- Fenugreek Seeds – 1 pinch
- Fenugreek Dry Leaves – 1 tsp
Lightly fry and then grind all above ingredients.
- Cooking Oil – as required
- Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tsp
- Tomatoes – 4 – 6
- Sugar – 1 tsp
- Ground Black Pepper – 1 tsp
- Red Crushed Chilies – 1 tsp
Method for gravy:
- Soften tomato by putting in oil, then add salt and ginger garlic paste.
- After frying, add black pepper, red crushed chilies, gravy masala and sugar and mix well.
- Then add mince balls with green chilies; cover and cook on low heat until it’s done. When it’s cooked, serve with chopped fresh coriander.





This is also very tasty and yummy .. we tried it in the LUNCH today.. Excellent.. Shabash.. Well done!!!
