Take a bowl and put egg whites, and 3 tsp sugar from 1 cup and beat them until it becomes white foam, now take another bowl and put the remaining sugar, egg yolks and beat them well with electric beater.
Add milk, essence and mix it well.
Mix flour and baking powder well with strainer and add in egg yolks mixture, (but mix with spoon don’t use electric beater) also add egg whites and butter and mix them well.
Now put it in the cake pan and put it in preheated oven on 200ºC for 15 minutes.
When done, cool it down and decorate as you like with jam, fresh cream, pine apple, or fresh mango and cream.
