Immune Boosting Green Drink

Immune Boosting Green Drink

Today I am going to share with you a green refreshing drink that will help you get back into the routine after the Eid feasts. The last few days, I decided to prepare a green smoothie for breakfast and I chose to do it with the pineapple. The color of this smoothie may not be very attractive but I assure you that if I share it, it’s because I loved its flavor. The green kale is not even noticeable! You will love its tropical pineapple flavor with a touch of mint.
This green pineapple smoothie, like other green smoothies, is the perfect ally to drink in the morning, for lunch or as a snack. Green smoothies will help you eat healthy, they have very few calories, contain a lot of fiber, and they will also provide us with vitamins and minerals.
Pineapple in particular is very diuretic, it’s high in water and fiber content. It also has anti-inflammatory properties thanks to bromelain, a digestive enzyme that facilitates the breakdown of proteins and helps us reduce intestinal discomfort such as constipation and gas.

Benefits of Kale

This mint pineapple ginger kale juice is sweet, delicious, and loaded with nutrients to cleanse the liver and colon, and encourages cellular regeneration.

Go ahead and prepare yourself a Kale and Pineapple Smoothie. It is ideal that you consume it freshly made so that it does not lose any of its properties.
