    • You can loose weight by healthy food and exercise, try to avoid sugar, oily food, wheat, spicy foods, eat green salad, steamed vegetables, fruit, green tea, 6 to 8 glass of water in whole day. Do everyday at least 30 minutes aerobic workout, follow mariam workout. You will see the result in 4 weeks.
