Ingredients for Chicken:
- Chicken Cubes – 400 grams
- Salt – ½ tsp
- White pepper – ½ tsp
- Soya Sauce – 1 tbsp
- Apply salt, white pepper and soya sauce on chicken cubes and leave for 10 minutes.

- Egg – 1
- Flour – 3 tbsp
- Corn Flour – 1 tbsp
- Salt – ¼ tsp
- Baking Powder – ¼ tsp
- White pepper – ½ tsp
- Take a bowl, add egg, flour, corn flour, salt, baking powder and white pepper, mix and make thick batter with water.
- Dip chicken cubes in prepared batter and deep fry until golden brown.
- Then take out chicken cubes and set aside.

- Oil ¼ cup
- Onion – 1 cubed
- Chicken stock – 1½ cup
- Soya Sauce – 2 tbsp

- Orange Juice – 1/3 cup

Method:
- Heat up oil in a pan, stir fry onions and capsicum fry till transparent.
- Then add stock, soya sauce, ketchup, salt, white pepper, vinegar and orange juice.
- Bring to boil.
- Lastly add corn flour dissolved in little water. Cook until it’s thick.
- Now add fried chicken cubes in this sauce, garnish with chopped spring onion and serve with fried rice.
