Mix Fruit Cheesecake Brownies are soft brownies with premium cheesecake and fruit filling swirled on top! These brownies are rich and creamy and have three delicious desserts in one!
If you love brownies as much as I do, you have to try these brownies. My favorite part of these brownies was the swirled cheesecake and fruit on top. It looked so gorgeous on top and made these brownies look classy and impressive. The best part about these brownies is that they are easy to make! They only take about 15 minutes to put together until baked in the oven. Heat the oven to 180 degrees.

I can assure you that it is delicious and to die for. The cream cheese gives it a lot of softness and a very, very special flavor.

One Bowl Chocolate Brownies Recipe

Ingredients Brownies Batter:

  1. Melted butter – 113 gm
  2. Sugar – 1 cup
  3. Eggs – 2
  4. Vanilla Extract or sugar – 1/2 tsp
  5. Plain flour – 1/2 cup
  6. Cocoa Powder – 1/3 cup
  7. Salt – 1 pinch

Keto Lemon Cookies

Cheesecake Batter:

  1. Cream Cheese – 250 gm
  2. Vanilla Extract or sugar – 1/2 tsp
  3. Sugar – 1/4 cup
  4. Egg Yolk – 1

Fruit Mixture:

  1. Frozen mix berries – 1/2 cup
  2. Frozen mango – 1/4 cup
  3. Lemon Juice – 1 tsp
  4. Sugar – 1/2 tbsp

Method for brownies batter:

  • Mix flour, cocoa powder and salt. Set aside.
  • Add melted butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla in a bowl. Mix it well. Then add dry mixture and mix well.

Method for cheesecake batter:

  • Add cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and egg yolk. Mix it well. Set aside.

Method for cherry mixture:

  • Add frozen berries, mango, lemon and sugar, cook on medium-low heat until frozen fruit turns into smooth mixture. Remove from heat and let it cool.

Preparation for baking:

  • Spread the brownie batter on the bottom of the 9 x 13″ pan with parchment paper.
  • Then add dollops of the cream cheese batter.
  • Gently create a swirl pattern with the knife. Add fruit mixture on top of swirled mixture.
  • Bake in preheat oven on 180 for 30 minutes.
  • Cut in squares and dust icing sugar. Enjoy delicious brownies with the cup of coffee or tea.
