Garlic Lachha Paratha
Chicken Boti Paratha Rolls
Ingredients:
- Plain Flour – 2 cups
- Salt – 1/2 tsp or to taste
- Sugar – 1 tbsp
- Oil – 1 tbsp
Garlic Butter:
- Garlic bulb – 1/2
- Olive oil – 1/2 tbsp
- Salt – 1 pinch
- Softened butter – 100 gm
- Red chili flakes – 1 tsp
- Salt – 1 pinch
- Chopped fresh coriander – 1/3 cup
Ghee – for frying parathas
Keto Chilli Garlic Paratha
Method:
- In a bowl, add flour, salt, sugar and oil. Mix and make soft dough with lukewarm water. Set aside for 30 minutes.
- Bake Garlic bulb with oil and pinch of salt for 30 minutes in preheated oven on 180ºC.
- Divide the dough into small balls and start rolling each ball. Roll as thin as possible.
- Spread garlic butter then start pleating. Once you have pleated all the way through, it will form a small rope.
- Then start spiraling it starting from one end till the other end. Once spiralled, give it a little press.
- Now with a rolling pin, slightly roll it into a circle. Don’t press too hard and don’t roll it too thin.
- Place it in a skillet and cook it with some ghee/oil.
