Ingredients to Prepare Mix Vegetable Paratha
- Zucchini
- Carrot
- Potato
- Red chili flakes – 1/2 tsp
- Cumin seeds – 1/2 tsp
- Salt – 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
- Green chilies – 2 chopped
- Fresh coriander – 3 tbsp chopped
- Mint leaves – 7 to 8 chopped
- Gram flour (Besan)- 1/4 cup
- Wheat flour (Atta) – 1 1/2 cup
- Water – 1/4 cup

Method:
- Shred the vegetables, add all seasoning and flour. Mix and make dough with 1/4 cup of water. Don’t add too much water because the vegetables will let out their own water.
- Divide into portions and roll out.
- Cook from sides with ghee until crispy and golden brown.
- Serve with karak chai.
