How to Make Kaleji Fry ( Fry Liver )
Ingredients:
- Lamb Liver – 1/2 kg
- Lemon – 4
- Salt – according to taste
- Garlic paste – 2 tsp
- oil – 4 tbsp
- Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
- Grama Masala – 1/2 tsp
Method:
- Take a bowl and put lemon juice, garlic, salt, red chilli powder, and garam masala mix well and marinade liver for 10 min.
- Now heat up oil in pan and put liver and fry well, until water dry and serve hot.

Yehmmmmmmmmmmmi its so good and so easy way to cook Kaleji fry.
