Add Milk into Dates and almonds, the result will surprise you !! Here I have used saffron, but you can skip it, or add another essence or cinnamon powder that you like most. How to Make Garmi Ka Torr (Aam Ka Panna): English – Urdu

Ingredients:

  1. Dates – 10 – 12
  2. Almonds – 15
  3. Hot milk – 1 cup
  4. Basil seeds – 2 tsp (soaked in 1/4 cup of water)
  5. Mango chunks – 1 cup
  6. Milk – 4 cups
  7. Saffron – 1 pinch
  8. Chopped nuts for garnishing

Method:

Keto Dalgona Coffee

  • Remove seeds from dates, and soak them with almonds in hot milk for 20 minutes.
  • Take another bowl. Soak basil seeds in water for 5 minutes.
  • Add soaked almonds and dates in a blender, along with mango chunks and milk. Blend well.
  • Then add saffron and blend again.
  • Serve with basil seeds and chopped nuts.
