Fruit and Vegetables Salad with Yogurt Dressing
Ingredients:
- Oats – 1 cup
- Gram flour – 1/3 cup
- Semolina – 2 tbsp
- Cumin seeds – 1/2 tsp
- Red chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
- Salt – 1/4 tsp
- Red capsicum – 2 tbsp chopped
- Yellow capsicum – 2 tbsp chopped
- Green capsicum – 2 tbsp chopped
- Onion – 2 tbsp chopped
- Green chillies – 2 to 3 chopped
- Fresh coriander – 2 tbsp chopped
- Ginger – 1/2 tsp chopped

Method to Prepare quick & easy breakfast:
- In a bowl, add above ingredients, mix with water and fry in frying pan like pancakes with 1 tsp oil.
- When done, serve with mint chutney, yogurt, pickle or any kind of dip and enjoy with karak chai.
