Seekh Kaleji Liver
Ingredients:
- Kaleji (liver) β Β½ kg
- Vinegar or lemon juice β 2 tbsp
- Green chilli paste β 1 tsp
- Salt β 1 tsp
- Fried ground cumin seeds β 1 tsp
- Garam masala powder β Β½ tsp
- Red chilli powder β 1 tsp
Method:
- Wash the kalegi (liver) and cut into medium size pieces.
- Then apply all above ingredients and skew on skewers. BBQ, grill or cook on burner. During cooking apply oil with brush.
