How to Make Anda Paratha (Egg Paratha): English – Urdu Recipe

Ingredients:

  1. Tomato – 1 sliced
  2. Capsicum – 2 tbsp chopped
  3. Onion – 2 tbsp chopped
  4. Spinach – 1 tbsp chopped
  5. Cheese – 1/3 cup
  6. Eggs – 3
  7. Red chili flakes – 1/2 tsp
    Salt & Pepper
    Parsley

Method:

Keto Frittata

  • Cover the bottom of a deep frying pan with oil and butter, place tomato slices and sauté the tomato.
  • Sprinkle salt and pepper. When tomato is soft, add capsicum, onion, spinach, cheese, eggs and chili flakes.
  • Cover and cook on low heat for 2 minutes.
  • Garnish with parsley or fresh coriander.
