How to Make Anda Paratha (Egg Paratha)
Learn how to make anda paratha, you do not need to make omelette separately. Yummy anda paratha serve with yogurt in Ramadan sehri or in breakfast.
Ingredients for Dough:
- Plain flour – 2 cup
- Oil – 2 tbsp
- Salt – to taste
Mix flour, salt and oil, make smooth dough and leave for 15 to 20 minutes.
Ingredients for Filing:
- Eggs – 2
- Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
- Red chilli powder – ¼ tsp
- Salt – ¼ tsp
- Oil – 2 tbsp
- Onion – 1 thinly chopped
- Tomato – 2 tbsp chopped
- Fresh coriander – 2 tbsp
- Green chillies – 2 thinly chopped
Method:
- Take pan, put oil and make scrambled eggs with turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt.
- Then remove from heat and add chopped onion, tomato, green chillies and fresh copped coriander, mix well and let it cool down.
- Now make 2 small size balls, roll them like chapatti put egg filling on 1 chapatti, then cover with 2nd part of chapatti and close from all sides.
- Fry on skillet like paratha with little ghee, until both sides are golden brown.
