I always liked stuffed peppers, and I consider this recipe to be one of my favorites.
You will see the filling with minced meat, rice and corn that I have prepared, you are going to enjoy an authentic yummy recipe. For the keto version add cauliflower rice instead of corn and rice.
Stuffed Capsicum
Fried Chops with Capsicums Recipe: Urdu – English
Ingredients:
- Large bell peppers – 3 (any color)
- Oil – 2 tbsp
- Ground beef – 350 gm
- Chopped onions – 1/2 cup
- Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp
- Cumin powder – 1 tsp
- Dry coriander powder – 1 tsp
- Red chili flakes – 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
- Red chili powder – 1 tsp
- Sweet corn – 1/3 cup
- Cooked rice – 1/2 cup
- Salt – to taste
- Blended tomato – 2
- Shredded cheese
Keto Burger Patties
Method:
- First of all, wash the peppers and dry them with a kitchen paper towel.
- Next, give them a horizontal cut in the upper part, creating a kind of lid.
- Clean them internally, removing the seeds and the white parts.
- Heat up oil in a pan, fry mince meat along with onion and ginger garlic paste. Fry well.
- Then add blended tomato, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric, red chili flakes and salt. Fry well until water dries.
- Add sweet corn and rice. Mix it well.
Stuffed with peppers and baked:
- Preheat the oven for 15 minutes at 200º C.
- On the baking dish, we are placing the lower parts of the peppers, so that they do not touch each other. We check that they are well balanced, and do not fall, if we do not make a small cut in the base so that they sit well on the source.
- Fill them, without going over the edge. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- After 30 minutes remove from the oven. Place shredded cheese on top and grill until cheese is melted.
- Serve with green salad and enjoy!
