Chicken Tikka Pizza: English – Urdu Recipe
Ingredients:
- Boneless chicken thai – 1/2 kg
- Orange juice – 1 cup
- Cottage cheese – 2 tsp
- Thinly chopped green chili – 1 tbsp
- Fresh cream – 2 tbsp
- Orange food color – 2 pinches
- Ginger garlic paste – 2 tsp
- Chicken powder – 1 tsp
- Salt – 1 tsp
- Black pepper – 1/2 tsp
- Red chili powder – 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
- Lemon juice – 2 tbsp
- Oil – 2 tbsp
- Yogurt – 2 tbsp
Mutton Malai Tikka: English – Urdu Recipe
Method:
- Marinate chicken thai pieces with orange juice, cottage cheese, chopped green chilies, fresh cream, orange food color, ginger paste, chicken powder, salt, black pepper, red chili powder, turmeric powder, lemon juice, oil and yogurt, mix well and leave for an hour.
- Then skew on skewers and grill or bbq.
- Serve with mint sauce and fresh salad.
