Acne is considered one of the most common problems affecting mostly young adults. Though it is more common in teenagers, it can happen in any age. When we have clogged pores, pimples, and sometimes deep lumps (cysts or nodules), it means we are suffering from acne.
Cucumber Lemonade Chiller: by Dr Khurram Mushir for Acne
Cream for Acne:
Sliver nitrate cream and lactic acid cream equal quantity, mix and apply on face, Spray rose water.
Mask for Acne:
- Fuller earth
- Neem leaves
- Camomile lotion
- Alum
Method:
- Mix all and apply on acne at bed time. Wash in the next morning.
- Every day at bed time, take 1 glass of warm milk, with 1 pinch turmeric powder and have 2 figs and drink it.
