Mince Potato Gravy
How to Cook Dum Ka Keema: English – Urdu Recipe
Ingredients:
- Mince – 1/2 kg
- Onion – 2
- Potato – 3
- Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
- Ginger flakes – 2 tbsp
- Cumin powder – 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp
- Red chili powder – 2 tsp
- Tomato – 3
- Green chili – as required
- Kasoori methi – 1 tsp
- Oil – 1/3 cup
- Coriander powder – 1 tbsp
- Whole garam masala; black pepper, green cardamom, clove and cinnamon stick
- Chili sauce – 2 tbsp
Achari Keema Recipe
Method:
- Take a pan, fry onion and potato for 2 minutes, then add whole garam masala until onion soften.
- Then add ginger flakes and ginger garlic paste, fry for 5 seconds.
- Then add turmeric powder, red chili powder, chili sauce, mince, peeled and chopped tomato and salt.
- Cover and cook until tomatoes are cooked.
- Then add water, green chili, ginger flakes, cumin powder and kasoori methi, cover and cook until gravy thickens according to your requirement.
- Garnish with ginger flakes and serve.
