This is the MOST DELICIOUS bread I have ever eaten! No oven! Anyone can make this recipe at home. Bazlama, Turkish Bread without an oven, the most delicious and easy bread you are going to prepare. Bazlama is a pan-baked, no-bake Turkish bread that is very soft and fluffy. To prepare it, I used cheese and chili filling. The most delicious and easy bread that you will prepare at home.

Ingredients for Bread:
- Warm milk – 1/2 cup
- Warm water – 3/4 cup
- Instant yeast – 1/2 tbsp
- Sugar – 1 tbsp
- Olive oil – 2 tbsp
- Flour – 2 1/4 cups
- Salt – 3/4 tsp
- Baking powder – 1/4 tsp
- Green onion – 1/3 cup
Filling:
Keto Frozen Paratha
- Mozzarella Cheese – 1 cup
- Chopped fresh coriander – 1/4 cup
- Green chilies – 2 tbsp
- Cream cheese – 1 1/2 tbsp
- Mix all ingredients.
Method:
- Add milk, water, yeast, sugar and oil in a bowl.
- Add flour, salt, baking powder and green onion, knead well for 10 minutes.
- Apply oil on the dough and let it rise until it doubles in size.
- Divide the dough into 6 to 7 portions and form them into balls. Cover and leave for 10 minutes.
- Add the filling in each ball and close it well.
- Cover it and let it rest for 10 minutes.
- Now roll the dough and cook on hot skillet from both sides.
- Brush with melted butter and garnish with chopped coriander.
- Serve this soft and delicious Turkish bread.
