How to Make Besan ka Paratha in Urdu – English

Ingredients:

  1. Warm water – 180 ml
  2. Salt – 3/4 tsp
  3. Oil – 1 tsp
  4. Plain flour – 1 1/2 cups
  5. Green onion – 1/2 cup thinly chopped

Egg Mixture for Paratha:

  1. Eggs – 2
  2. Salt & pepper
  3. Red chili flakes – 1 tsp
  4. Fresh coriander – 2 tbsp

Keto Chilli Garlic Paratha

Method:

  • Add water in a pan and bring to boil. Add salt, oil and flour. Mix and make soft dough.
  • Leave for 10 minutes.
  • Divide into small portions, roll out thinly, apply oil and spread green onion. Fold and make square shaped parathas.
  • Roll out with light hands and cook on skillet from both sides until golden. Add some melted butter.
  • Then pour egg mixture on one side and cook.
  • Serve with yogurt or pickle or just as it is with tea.
