Onion Egg Paratha
How to Make Besan ka Paratha in Urdu – English
Ingredients:
- Warm water – 180 ml
- Salt – 3/4 tsp
- Oil – 1 tsp
- Plain flour – 1 1/2 cups
- Green onion – 1/2 cup thinly chopped
Egg Mixture for Paratha:
- Eggs – 2
- Salt & pepper
- Red chili flakes – 1 tsp
- Fresh coriander – 2 tbsp
Keto Chilli Garlic Paratha
Method:
- Add water in a pan and bring to boil. Add salt, oil and flour. Mix and make soft dough.
- Leave for 10 minutes.
- Divide into small portions, roll out thinly, apply oil and spread green onion. Fold and make square shaped parathas.
- Roll out with light hands and cook on skillet from both sides until golden. Add some melted butter.
- Then pour egg mixture on one side and cook.
- Serve with yogurt or pickle or just as it is with tea.
