How to Make Chicken On Toast, English / Urdu Recipe

Chicken On Toast

Ingredients:

1. Chicken mince – 8 ounce
2. Thinly chop onion – 2 tbsp
3. Green chillies – 1 tsp (thinly chopped)
4. Fresh coriander – 2tbsp (fine chopped)
5. Flour – 1 ½ tbsp
6. Corn flour – 2 tbsp
7. Baking powder – 1 tsp
8. Salt – ½ tsp or to taste
9. White pepper – ½ tsp
10. Egg – 1
11. Garlic paste – ½ tsp
12. Bread slices – 6

Method:
Mix all given ingredients in chicken mince and mix them well. Then apply on bread slices (only 1 side), and deep fry until light golden.
