Anardana ki Chutney
Ingredients:

  1. Anardana (Pomegranate) – 150gm soaked overnight
  2. Sugar – 2 tbsp
  3. Red crushed chili – 1 ½ tbsp

Method:
Take a blender, add soaked anardana, some water, sugar, crushed chili and blend well. Now taka a pan, add 1 tsp oil and cook this mixture and cook along salt until thick. Then serve with potato pancakes.
