Cinnamon Yogurt Smoothie


Natural Yoghurt – 500g
Milk – 2 cups
Honey – 4 tbsp
Cinnamon Powder
Lemon – 1


Pour into the blender yogurt, honey, few drops of lemon juice, a tsp of grated lemon rind and cinnamon powder, blend well,  then add milk and beat again until foaming. Refrigerate and serve very cold, dusting at the time of
