Whole Tandoori Chops Recipe
Ingredients:
- Chops – 3 kg
- Red chilli powder – 5 tbsp
- Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
- Cumin seeds fried and ground – 3 tbsp
- Salt – 1 ½ tsp
- Lemon juice – ½ cup
- Ginger garlic paste – 4 tbsp
- Onion grinded with 1 cup water – 1
- Oil – ½ cup
Method:
- Buy full rack of chops.
- Wash and pat dry, then mix all ingredients and apply on chops, leave for 5 hours.
- Then cook with ½ cup oil and 5 cup of water until it is done and water dries.
- Then bake in oven with marination on 200 degree for 20 minutes.
- Serve with salad and dipper.
