How to Make Spicy Fried Mutton in Urdu β English
Ingredients:
- Mutton β Β½ kg
- Papaya paste β 1tbsp
- Salt β 1 tsp
- Red chilli powder β 1tsp
- Turmeric powder β 1 pinch
- Coriander powder β 1 tsp
- Fried ground cumin seeds β 1 tsp
- Lemon juice β 2 tbsp
- Tandoori colour β 1 pinch
- Ginger garlic paste β 1 tsp
- Yogurt β Β½ cup

Method:
- Apply papaya paste on mutton, then add all above ingredients and mix well.
- Leave for 10 to15 minutes. Then take a wok, add ΒΌ cup oil, heat it up and put marinated mutton, cover and cook until its done well.
- Then fry well. Give smoke of charcoal and serve with salad and mint sauce.
