How to Make Lamb Kebab Roll

Ingredients:

  1. Mince – 500g
  2. Onion – 2
  3. Green chilli – 2
  4. Garam masala powder – 2 tsp
  5. Ginger garlic paste – 2 tsp
  6. Raw papaya paste – 1 ½ tsp
  7. Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
  8. Fried gram flour – 3 tbsp
  9. Salt – to taste
  10. Ghee – 2 tbsp
  11. Lemon – 1
  12. Charcoal – 1
  13. Naan or chapatti – as required
  14. Lettuce – as required
  15. Tomato – 1
  16. Mint sauce – as required

Method:

  • In a grinder, put onion and grind, then add mince, ghee, green chilies, salt, red chili powder, garam masala, gram flour, papaya paste and ginger garlic paste, grind and make smooth paste.
  • Take out in a bowl and mix with hands.
  • Leave for 30 minutes, then make kebabs and skew on skewers. Grill, BBQ, bake, cook on gas burner or fry in frying pan on low heat until done.
  • Then give smoke of charcoal.
  • Now place 2 kebabs on naan or chapatti then pour mint sauce, lemon juice and salad, make roll.
  • Serve yummy kebab rolls.
