How to Make Quick Mexican Salsa

Learn how to make quick Mexican salsa. I love to make this Mexican salsa with fresh tomatoes. Excellent and tasty sauce cab be serve with tortilla crisp.

Ingredients:

1. Tomatoes – 5 to 6
2. Tomato puree – 1 cup
3. Onion – 1
4. Chopped garlic – 3 cloves
5. Oregano – 1 tsp
6. Salt – to taste
7. Olive oil – 5 tbsp

Method:

• Take a pan, add oil and sauté garlic.
• Add chopped tomatoes, tomato puree, oregano, salt and onion, mix and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
• Serve with quesadilla, nachos or tacos.
