How to Make Roghni Tikiya, English / Urdu Recipe

Roghni Tikiya


Semolina – 1 cup
Warm milk – ½ cup
Flour – 1 cup
Ghee – ½ cup melted
Salt – ½ tsp


Soak semolina in warm milk for 5 minutes. Then add flour, ghee and salt, mix well and make fine dough. Divide into small balls and roll down. Cook on skillet with ghee on low flame. Serve this yummy roghni tikiya with chicken khageena or chicken omelette.
