Roghni Tikiya
Ingredients:
- Semolina – 1 cup
- Warm milk – ½ cup
- Flour – 1 cup
- Ghee – ½ cup melted
- Salt – ½ tsp
Method:
- Soak semolina in warm milk for 5 minutes.
- Then add flour, ghee and salt, mix well and make fine dough.
- Divide into small balls and roll down.
- Cook on skillet with ghee on low flame.
- Serve this yummy roghni tikiya with chicken khageena or chicken omelette.

Meine aaj sehri mein yeh tikiya banai theen, bohat hi tasty bani theen. Aap sab bhi zaroor try kerain , I’m sure aapko pasand ayain geen.
