Ingredients:

  1. Semolina – 1 cup
  2. Warm milk – ½ cup
  3. Flour – 1 cup
  4. Ghee – ½ cup melted
  5. Salt – ½ tsp

Method:

  • Soak semolina in warm milk for 5 minutes.
  • Then add flour, ghee and salt, mix well and make fine dough.
  • Divide into small balls and roll down.
  • Cook on skillet with ghee on low flame.
  • Serve this yummy roghni tikiya with chicken khageena or chicken omelette.Roghni Tikiya

  1. Meine aaj sehri mein yeh tikiya banai theen, bohat hi tasty bani theen. Aap sab bhi zaroor try kerain , I’m sure aapko pasand ayain geen.
