How to Make Chicken 65 Restaurant Style, you can use prawn for prawn 65 recipe instead of chicken.
Ingredients for marination:
- Chicken boneless or prawns – 500gm
- Corn flour – 2 tbsp
- Flour – 2 tbsp
- Egg – 1
- Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
- Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
- Salt – 1 tsp
- Marinate chicken/ prawns with corn flour, flour, egg, ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder and salt.
- Don’t use water for mixing, only use egg.
- Mix them all very well.
- Then make small balls of this mixture and deep fry for 8-10 minutes on medium flame until light golden.
Ingredients for sauce:
- Garam masala powder – ½ tsp
- Curry leaves – 15
- Soya sauce – 2 tbsp
- Salt – ½ tsp
- Ginger garlic paste – ½ tsp
- Oil – ¼ cup
- Orange colour – 1 pinch
- Yogurt – ½ cup
- Green chillies- 3-4 cut in julienne
- Lemon juice – ¼ cup
Method for Gravy:
- In a pan put oil and fry curry leaves then add ginger garlic paste, salt, very little water, red chilli powder, orange colour, yogurt, green chillies, Soya sauce, lemon juice and Garam masala powder, mix well and cook for 5 minutes until little bit thicken.
- Now add fried chicken/ prawns in the sauce, garnish with spring onion and serve.
