Chai Latte
Benefits of Ginger and Cinnamon
Ingredients:
- Water – 3 cups
- Cloves – 7
- Green cardamoms – 5
- Ginger – 1 1/2 inch piece cut in slices
- Black pepper – 1/2 tsp
- Cinnamon stick – 1
- Star anise – 1
- Black tea – 3 tea bags
- Brown sugar – 4 tsp or to taste
- Salt – 1 pinch
- Milk – 2 cups

How to make chai latte:
- Add all spices in a pan along with water and bring to boil.
- Once it comes to a boil, lower the heat and add the tea leaves or tea bags, salt and sugar.
- Switch off the flame and cover for 5 minutes.
- Next, put the milk in another saucepan and heat it without boiling.
- Pour the chai tea into individual cups, straining the preparation. On top, pour 1/3 cup of hot milk and reserve part of the milk for steaming.
- Once the milk is vaporized, pour the foam on top of each cup to finish the presentation.
