Energy balls are super simple to make, the perfect meal prep recipe, and can be enjoyed for breakfast, a snack, or a dessert.

The energy balls I share today are made from dates, oats and nuts. They are usually grain free and have no added sugar because dates add a good amount of sweetness and help hold the balls together. Oats Energy Balls

Dr Khurram Mushir Energy Drink

Ingredients:

  1. Oats – 1 cup
  2. Almond powder – 1/3 cup
  3. Medjool dates – 1 cup (about 10 dates)
  4. Pecan – 20 gm
  5. Coco powder – 2 tbsp
  6. Peanut butter – 2 tbsp

Method:

  • Add all ingredients in a food processor and blend (add 1 tbsp of water if needed).
  • Make balls and roll in almond powder, desiccated coconut and coco powder (optional).
  • Quick, delicious and healthy energy balls are ready to eat.
