The energy balls I share today are made from dates, oats and nuts. They are usually grain free and have no added sugar because dates add a good amount of sweetness and help hold the balls together. Oats Energy Balls
Dr Khurram Mushir Energy Drink
Ingredients:
- Oats – 1 cup
- Almond powder – 1/3 cup
- Medjool dates – 1 cup (about 10 dates)
- Pecan – 20 gm
- Coco powder – 2 tbsp
- Peanut butter – 2 tbsp
Method:
- Add all ingredients in a food processor and blend (add 1 tbsp of water if needed).
- Make balls and roll in almond powder, desiccated coconut and coco powder (optional).
- Quick, delicious and healthy energy balls are ready to eat.
