Ingredients:
For the Dough:

  1. Ghee or oil – 2 tbsp
  2. Salt – 1/4 tsp
  3. Warm water – 1/3 cup
  4. Ajwain – 1/4 tsp
  5. All-purpose flour (maida) – 1 cup

For the Potato Filling:

Keto Samosa

  1. Oil – 1 tbsp
  2. Crushed coriander seeds – 1 tbsp
  3. Ginger – 1/2 tbsp
  4. Green chili paste – 1 tbsp
  5. Coriander powder – 1/2 tsp
  6. Cumin powder – 1/4 tsp
  7. Salt – 1/4 tsp
  8. Boiled potatoes – 3 to 4
  9. Fresh coriander – 1/4 bunch

Step-by-Step Recipe:

Step 1: Prepare the Dough

  • In a bowl, mix flour, salt, Ajwain, water and ghee/oil.
  • Knead into a stiff dough. Cover and let it rest for 30 minutes.

Step 2: Make the Filling

  • Heat oil in a pan, add coriander seeds, and let them splutter.
  • Add ginger, green chili paste, coriander powder, cumin powder and salt.
  • Add boiled potatoes and mashed it roughly.
  • Let the filling cool completely before using.

Step 3: Shape & Fry the Samosas

  • Roll the dough into circles, cut in half, and shape into cones.
  • Fill each cone with the potato mixture and seal the edges with water.
  • Heat oil in a deep pan and fry the samosas on low-medium heat until crispy and golden brown.

Serving Suggestions:
