Ingredients:

  1. Chicken Wings – 2 lbs.(~1 KG) (PAT DRY)
  2. Cooking Oil – 1 tsp
  3. Spices:
  4. Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder – 1 tbsp (IF YOU DON’T HAVE KASHMIRI RED CHILI POWDER YOU CAN USE PAPRIKA)
  5. Garlic Powder – 1 tsp (IF YOU DON’T HAVE GARLIC POWDER YOU CAN OUT 1 TSP OF GARLIC PASTE)
  6. Black Pepper – 1 tsp
  7. Onion powder – 1 tsp (OPTIONAL)
  8. Salt – 1 tsp
  9. All-Purpose Flour – 1 cup (TO COAT THE CHICKEN)

Cooper Kettle’s Chicken Wings: English – Urdu Recipe

Ingredients for Sauce:

  1. Butter🧈 (SOFTENED) – 2 tbsp
  2. Hot Sauce (CHILLI SAUCE) – 1 cup (WHATEVER YOU WANT OR WHATEVER YOU LIKE) (IF YOU LIKE MILD USE LESS OR IF YOU LIKE HOT LEAVE AS IS)

INSTRUCTIONS OF THE SAUCE:-

Take a sauce pan turn the stove to Medium heat melt the butter and pour the hot sauce into the sauce pan and Cook the sauce until well combined. Turn the stove down.

BLUE CHEESE🧀DIP:-

  1. Crumbled Blue Cheese Softened – 1/2 cup
    Sour Cream – 1/3 cup
  2. Mayo (MAYONNAISE) – 1/4 cup
  3. Garlic🧄Minced – 2 cloves
  4. Lemon🍋Juice – 1 tbsp
  5. Salt – 1 pinch
  6. Black Pepper – 1 pinch
  • Combine all the ingredients. Put in a bowl.

Instructions to Cook Wings:

  • Preheat the oil on MEDIUM-HIGH Heat leave it for 10 Minutes.
  • In a bowl put the chicken and add 1 tsp oil to coat the spices know add all the ingredients and mix well.
  • Take a zip lock bag and put 1 cup All-Purpose Flour and add chicken to coat.
  • NOTE:- If you don’t wanna use Zip lock bag you can use the bowl to coat the chicken.
  • Turn the oil into MEDIUM HEAT. Take wooden skewers put in the oil if the bubbles form around the skewers that means that oil is hot enough to fry your chicken.
  • Remove excess flour and add into the oil. Try using same size of wings to fry evenly. Don’t move the wings for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes turn the chicken and cook for another 5 minutes.
  • Cook chicken wings like a Pakoras.
  • Cook until crispy around 12 minutes. The chicken has been cooking for 22 minutes. Cook until crispy.

ASSEMBLY:-

  • When chicken become crispy take it out from the oil into a bowl. Pour the sauce on the side and coat the chicken with hot sauce.

TO SERVE:-

  • Dish out the chicken and serve with Ranch Dressing, Blue cheese Dressing (RECIPE AS ABOVE) for serving, and Celery Stick for serving.
