How to Make Chocolate Biscuits

Chocolate Biscuits

Ingredients:

1. Flour – 1 cup
2. Butter – 1/3 cup                                                                                                                             Egg – 1
3. Coco Powder – 2 tsp
4. Sugar – 1/2 cup
5. Vanilla Essence – 1/2 tsp
6. Baking Powder – 1/2 tsp

Method:

• Mix sugar, butter, coco powder and baking powder with the flour.
• Beat the egg and mix in with the flour mixture.
• Make biscuits with the mixture on greased baking tray and bake in preheated oven at 180º.
• Chocolate biscuits are ready.

Cream Filing:

Ingredients:

1. Cream – 1 cup
2. Ground sugar – 1/2 cup
3. Vanilla Essence – 1 tsp

• Whipped cream with sugar and vanilla essence, then apply on one biscuit and place second biscuit on top.
• Enjoy your chocolate biscuits!
