Ingredients:

  1. Eggs – 2
  2. Lemon juice – 1/4 cup
  3. Sugar – 50 gm
  4. Unsalted butter – 60 gm

Method:

  • Add eggs, lemon juice and sugar in a bowl. Put the bowl on top of your double boiler.
