Achari Keema Recipe
Learn how to make achari keema recipe, Achari Keema has tangy flavor and taste due to a touch of pickle and all other spices. Serve with morning breakfast or in lunch with naan or chappaties.
Ingredients:
- Keema (Mince) (Hand chopped) -1 kg
- Onion finely chopped-1 cup
- Oil-1 cup
- Salt- to taste
- Crushed red chilli-1 tbsp
- Red chilli powder-1 tsp
- Turmeric powder-12 tsp
- Coriander powder-1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste-2 tbsp
- Garam masala powder-1 tsp
- Roasted crushed cumin -1 tsp
- Tomatoes chopped- 4
- Beaten curd -1/2 cup
- Lemon juice-3to 4 tbsp
- Whole slited green chillies -8 to 10
- Fresh coriander chopped-1/2 Bunch
- Ginger juliennes-1 tbsp

To Prepare Achari Masala:
- Fennel seeds -1 tbsp
- Fenugreek seeds -1tsp
- Onion seeds -1 tsp
- Mustard seeds -1 tsp
Method:
- In pan heat up oil, add onion and sauté.
- Then add ginger garlic paste, turmeric, coriander powder, salt, crushed red chilli and chili powder along with the mince, fry well.
- Then add water and cover till the mince gets tender.
- When the water dries add tomatoes and curd into it and cover it till the water gets dry along with the freshly made achari masala.
- Lastly add garam masala powder, roasted cumin, lemon juice and whole green chillies.
- Take it out in a platter.
- Garnish it with fresh coriander and ginger juliennes.
