Air Fryer Salmon Bites
These 10-Minute Air Fry Salmon Bites are great on top of a salad, served with rice or your favorite cereal, or in a bowl with vegetables and sauce.
Everyone loves deep fried cooking. But preparing healthy options in the air fryer is probably the protein I cook the most! It’s fast, it doesn’t get dirty and it comes out perfect. Salmon bites are also one of my favourites, so I hope you enjoy these crispy salmon bites as much as I do!
Air Fryer Salmon Bites
Keto Fried Fish
Ingredients:
- Salmon – 1 kg
- Garlic powder – 1 tbsp
- Curry powder – 1 tsp
- Ginger – 1 tbsp
- Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
- Fish sauce – 1 tbsp
- Mayonnaise – 3 tbsp
- Honey – 2 tbsp
- Black pepper
Mediterranean Salmon Tray Bake
Method:
- Cut salmon into cube sized pieces.
- Apply all above ingredients to salmon.
- Preheat air fryer.
- Air fry for 12 minutes on 180°C, changing sides after 6 minutes.
- Enjoy as a snack, or combine with rice or vegetables for a full meal!
